From the 'Book of Woe' by Kevin Magnus

From the 'Book of Woe'
By: Kevin Magnus

The darkness has begun to consume my heart,
I feel only emptiness as I drift apart.
Now, I no longer know where I am,
Are we not under the blood of the lamb?
As They look down on me from high above, can They see?
Will They care and send someone to rescue me?
Or will They leave me alone in the darkness forever more,
Forgotten by all and left here to rot through to the core.
You may never know as the light begins to fade away,
But just remember that I will return on Judgement Day!
