Completely Taken By You By: Michael A. Sauve

Completely Taken By You
By: Michael A. Sauve

I am completely taken by you
Taken by every soft breath you make
Make me the promise you and I will be
Be forever in smitten love us two
Two hearts intertwined in tangled love
Love that is boldly presented for all
All the cold world will witness and then see
See no two mortals were more meant to be
Be entrapped by entrancing stares
Stares that end in simple warm smiles
Smiles being the simple shared trinkets
Trinkets I shall eternally treasure
Treasure these emotions unmeasured
Unmeasured the amount I'm taken
Taken completely by you am I

About the Author

Michael A. Sauve has been drawing for as long as he can remember; even before he could write, he was drawing. He grew up in San Diego, California, moved to Colorado in 1996 to go to college for computer-aided graphic design and has been there ever since. Very few share the passion for the arts and poetry as he does. They are his reason for being.
